Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat chosen as the new Turkish Airlines Chairman of the Board and the Executive Committee
nnnnDuring today's (27 Jan Thursday) board meeting of flag carrier airline Turkish Airlines, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat was chosen as the new Turkish Airlines Chairman of the Board and the Executive Committee.
nnnnFinishing his doctorate in Michigan University in the Industrial Engineering field, Ahmet Bolat joined Turkish Airlines family in 2005 and served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy Development, Fleet Planning, Investment Management and R&D. Since 2012, Ahmet Bolat has been serving as the Chief Investment and Technology Officer in the company.

Chosen as the new Turkish Airlines Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat stated; "With the new decision of the Turkish Airlines Board of Directors, I have taken up the mantle of Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee. I would like to extend my thanks to board members for entrusting this duty to me. I am well aware of the responsibilities and duties it brings along with its significance.
