Since its establishment in 2008, myTECHNIC incorporates the principles of Lean Management and productivity and safety, eliminates the loss of space, movement, and time. It works to expand the corporate responsibility areas for the environment, increase the satisfaction of its partners, and reduce the time of completion.rnrnMyTECHNIC Hangar is located on an area of 60,000 square meters, with 15, 400sqm hangar area and 3-storey building with modern architecture. The facility includes 24,800 square meters workshop, office, and warehouse area. In addition, there are 6,000 square meters of engine shop.rnrnMyTECHNIC received EASA (Part 145) authorization in August 2008 and it is the first maintenance center wo received Turkish Civil Aviation Authority (DGCA) with SHY/ JAR 145/EASA certifications both at the same time.rnrnWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?rnrnWe are looking for an experienced Instructor (145) and a good team member, who is willing to work at myTECHNIC.rnrnDESIRED SKILLS:rnrnBachelor’s degree in related field, Aviation related graduates or Engineering graduates are more preferable,rnPreferably instructor experience in Part 145 or college teaching experience,rnPreferably knowledge about aircraft technical equipment and maintenance,rnAbility to good presentation skills,rnAdvance knowledge of Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams),rnCEFR B1 level English or equivalent,rnGood verbal and written communication skills in both English & Turkish,rnGood interpersonal skills,rnAbility to teach, planning and organization skills,rnOpen minded, eager to learn new skills and bring new ideas to the team, likes to do research,rnGood teamwork, result-oriented and strong communication,rnCompleted military service for male applicants,rnLiving in or willing to relocate to İstanbul Asian side,rnHolding a valid passport and happy to travel where the business requires.rnJOB DESCRIPTION:rnrnDevelop and update of some syllabuses and lecture materials about 145 (course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids),rnDelivery of planned training in classroom or synthetic environment,rnPreparation and update of question data banks,rnConducting examinations of relevant training, evaluation and follow-up of these examinations,rnContributing to the development of procedures related to relevant trainings,rnTo be conversant with regulations primarily and ensure regular review of all procedures/regulations relevant to the training material, syllabuses and question data banks being processed,rnPreparation and periodical control of the environment (EWIS, FTS room) required for the execution of the practical tasks included in some 145 trainings,rnDepending on the feedback, the applied training method and the development of the training content.rnrnBAŞVUR rnrn
